Dear WIS Families,
Our Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place on:
Monday, November 24th from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m. - In-Person Only
Tuesday, November 25th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Virtual Only

Conference time is a wonderful opportunity to speak directly with your child's teacher to explore ways we can partner together to further your child's growth and development and strengthen the bond between school and home.

To Schedule a Conference:
Scheduling Window
Opens: Monday, November 3, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
Closes: Monday, November 17, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.

Conference slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Families with specific concerns are encouraged to schedule early.

All school links will be on the district website (www.sd925.org) under "I Want To… → Schedule a Parent-Teacher Conference" and on each school's website under the "Parents" tab.
The online scheduling window closes Monday, November 17 at 4:00 p.m. Contact your child’s teacher directly to arrange additional conferences after that time.

Friday, November 14th - Monochromatic Day - Dress in one color!

Picture Retake Day will be held on Monday, November 17th.
If you're satisfied with your child's picture, no further action is required.
If you purchased pictures and were unhappy with your Picture Package, please send your Picture Package to school with your student on Retake Day. Your child will be photographed and your Retake Picture Package will be produced and shipped to the school four weeks after Retake Day.
New Students or students who were absent for Picture Day, should come to school prepared to have their picture taken. If you have not preordered, please use the Retake Order Code 0120MGF to place your order at https://inter-state.com/Order.

Trimester 1 Report Cards are available for viewing in Powerschool on Monday, November 24, 2025.

All Visitors must enter at Door #1. Please ring the doorbell and state your name, student's name and reason for visit. Please present your Driver's License upon entering the office.
